Is any other additional fee needed when I choose online payment as shopping payment means?  
Answer: For a personal bank cardholder, IPS doesn’t charge you any other additional fee.
Why can I not make online payment through IPS after opening online bank function?  
Answer:What online bank functions you have opened may be account balance inquiry or fund transfer and the function of online payment should be opened separately.Please refer to Opening Internet Bank Online for details.
 
What may be the reason when you open the payment page, Page Cannot Be Displayed or blank page appears?  
Answer: 1. Encryption level is rather low and you can’t enter bank system, because IE browser didn’t upgrade.
2.If instantly network doesn’t go along fluently, please try refreshing the page. If refreshing doesn’t work, the problem may be caused by browser Cache Memory. Please delete the temporary files following the directions: IE Menu—Tool—Internet Options—click Delete Cookies or Delete File.
3. Internet operation situation or Internet operation mode suffers some restrictions, which may be set by network service providers. If possible, please change another Internet operation situation or Internet operation mode.
 
What may be the reason if payment fails?  
Answer:1. Your bank card is not issued in the supporting area;(Please change your bank card for payment)
2 . Your bank card hasn’t possessed online payment function;(Please open online payment function)
3 . Your bank card is overdue, invalid or reported the loss;(Please apply for new bank card over bank counter)
4 . Your bank card balance is insufficient;(Please recharge in time)
5 . Your bank card number, password or certificate number is incorrect;(Please input correct card number or password. If your forget your password, please take your bank card and your valid certificate for password resetting over bank counter)
6. Abnormity occurs in the data transmission of bank system;(Try it later)
7 .Your payment is over payment limit set by bank.(Please refer to bank customer service about how to raise payment limit)

At present users in some cities can directly use all-in-one card to make online payment and users in other cities can open online payment function through calling bank customer service hotline.
Agriculture Bank of China
E-payment card: online payment can be carried out after opening e-payment card through application on https://easyabc.95599.cn/b2c/b2c/ecard/ElecCardLogin.jsp
China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd.
General edition: you can set Minsheng card payment limit and open online payment function through Internet by yourself. Online payment can be carried out after you become user of general edition.
Industrial Bank Co., Ltd.
Tryout payment limit—RMB500 is provided by the bank after users log into personal Internet bank https://www.cib.com.cn, go to the channel “Online Shopping Payment” and click the menu “Tryout Payment Limit Open/ Close”.

Please log in to China Post website money.183.com.cn to apply for online payment function and make sure “China UnionPay Online Payment System” in “Choose Transaction Website” is Chosen.
 
Why can I not input password on bank payment page? 
Answer: It may be concerned with your browser. Some banks prohibit inputting card number and password from your keyboard in order to prevent hacker software-Cockhorse or KeyPress-from stealing your data of card number and password. Please follow the direction and the method provided by the bank to input your info. If it still doesn't work, it may be the probrem of Active set. You can open IE browser, click "Tools"--"Internet options"--"Security"--"Custom level"--"Run Activex controls"--"Apply", and click and install Activex controls on bank payment page.
 
Why does the notice that payment limit is broken appear? 
In order to ensure the security of online payment, bank will set payment amount top for Internet bank customers who do not make contract over counters.
 
Is the online transaction password the same with the password for drawing money on ATM? 
Answer:Some banks stipulate online transaction password must be the same with the password for drawing money on ATM and some other banks require users to set the online transaction password which is different from password for drawing money on ATM.
 
What should I do if online payment is not successful?
Answer: Online payment needs sending payment info to bank system in real time, so if the payment is unsuccessful caused by credit card overdraft excess, insufficient balance of bank account or unexpected break-off, customer can not make a complementary payment for this order and he must hand in a new order on IPS payment platform and carry out operation again following the online payment directions.
Merchants should remind cardholders to be careful in the operation and to be patient if web page flows rather slow.
 
If the payment is successful but the service is not provided, what should I do? 
Answer:Don't worry if you meet this occasion. It may be caused by Internet delay or fault and merchant has not received your return info after your successful payment. First you can get your payment order number from Internet bank and with this order number you contact our customer service staff who will check your order numer in merchant's hand. With this merchant order number you can contact merchant and ask for service.
 
How can I inquire about my order disposal? 
Answer: If you want to inquire about your order disposal, you can make a phone or send Email to customer service center, or log in to IPS online customer service system in which specially assigned staff help you inquire about your desired info. You need offer some necessary info for inquiry, such as: order number, time when you make your order, website where you make your order, supporting card, payment amount. (Contact Us)
 
How can I inquire about my order number?  
Anwser: You can log in to personal Internet bank system and check transaction record through Internet bank. Please refer to payment help of each bank.
 
Why does the notice "Repeated Order Number" appear?  
Answer: In order to ensure payment security and avoid data confusion, IPS and banks require that the same order number cannot be submitted more than once. If you meet this proble,. we suggest that you return to merchant's website and carry out payment to have a new order number.If your payment is successful and you are not sure your payment status, we suggest that you refer to "How to make sure that payment is successful?"
 
What methods can cardholder employ for self-protection of bank card?  
Answer:A. Try to use different passwords for different occasions;
B. Bear password number in mind. If you make a note, please keep it well;
C. Password should not be told to others, including your relatives and your good friends
D. When you input your online payment password, please make sure nobody dubious around you has intention to detest your info.
E. Don’t choose easily decrypted numbers, such as your ID, birthday, telephone, door number, propitious numbers and sequential numbers, as the spare password. You are recommended to choose some numbers which are difficult for others to guess but convenient for you to remember.
F. Please change your password in time, in case password disclosure danger appears.

Answer: You can contact us through any contact means provided by your customer service center, leave your valuable opinion and suggestion and we will offer service for you at once.
 
Is it secure to input my bank card data online? 
Answer: After you choose bank card and confirm payment on IPS payment page, you enter bank payment gateway. Your bank card data and your personal data are input on encrypted page of bank payment gateway, so neither payment platform nor website can see any of your bank card info.
  The process of inputting password and submitting is encrypted by global accepted SSL certificate or SET digital certificate and security is completely safeguarded by banks and the online payment system of banks can surely ensure the security of online payment. The data is transmitted in the way of digital signature and encryption validation among banks, IPS and merchants, which can definitely release your worry about disclosure of your bank card data.
 
What necessary conditions are needed before online payment? 
Answer: Your bank card must be issued by the bank which is in the supporting area, and it must support online payment function.(please consult payment directions of some main banks) .
The balance of your bank card must be enough for your payment amount.
Please make your payment in a secure situation and try not to make it in public and in Net Bar.
The key length of IE browser can not be less than 128 bits .
Please install JAVA Virtue Machine, since web page may be displayed in an abnormal way because of absence of JAVA Virtue Machine of Windows XP and some other systems.
 
How do I confirm my payment is successful?  
Answer: If the system does not give you notice about whether the payment is successful or not, you can check your bank card balance through Internet bank, telephone ,ATM or over counters. If money has been deducted, online payment transaction should be successful.
If the transaction is successful but the service is not provided, please contact merchant's website. If the transaction is failed but the money is deducted from your bank card, please contact merchant's website to carry out refundment for you.

Answer: 1. Try to use different passwords for different occasions;

7. Change your password frequently
8. Be aware of whether there is any Trojan horse program such as keyboard record program or long-distance controller program in your computer. Please apply virus real-time supervising program and Internet fire wall which should be upgraded regularly.
