IPS account secure?
Answer: IPS account has employed 128 bits VeriSigh SSL to encrypt all info of users, account info, password and signature. SSL is an international standard encryption and identity authentication communication protocol, which are supported by your browser. SSL protocol, using customer certificate and CA root certificate of both communication parties, builds a secure and reliable communication channel between communication parties, which has the following characters: info privacy, info integrality and mutual authentication. When the lock shape picture appears in your address URL, it indicates all information input by you is in the protection of 128 bits encryption and nobody can detect it by any means. |

How
do I register to be IPS account user?
Answer: Open home page www.ips.com.cn, click User Registration on the right corner of the page, input your Email address, username, login password and transaction password, confirm registration info and the note-Congratulations, you have registered as IPS user successfully-is displayed on the page, registration completed.
Notice:
1. If you log in to www.ips.com.cn for the first time, please install IPS security control in order to log in to IPS account normally.
2. Please input true and valid Email address in order to receive notification by Email from IPS system. |

Is
IPS account login password the same with transaction password?
Answer: No. Your login password is used when you log in to IPS account for business inquiry and your transaction password is used when you carry out charging, transfer, cash-withdrawal and consumption online. In order to safeguard your account and transaction security, we suggest you should not employ Email or password used in some forums as your login and transaction passwords. Try to set different passwords for login and transaction.

How
should I do if I forget my login password?
Answer: Please follow the procedures:
1. Click Forgot Your Password? in the login window on the up right of the homepage;
2. Input your registered Email address;
3. Answer your security question, following the directions of the page. If your answer is correct, you can immediately amend your login password and log in with your new password;
4. If you forget the answer to the security question, please contact IPS Customer Center to get back your password.

should I do if I forget my transaction password?
Answer: You can’t get back your transaction password by yourself if you forget it. Please contact IPS Customer Service Center and fill in application of getting back transaction password. IPS customer service staff will reset transaction password for you after verification.

should I set security password?
Answer: Please follow the procedures:
1. Combining number with letter is recommended.
2. Password, with length of 4-16 bits, should be formed by more than one words without blank, such as: cqmyg773；
3. Please protect your account password and Email password in order to insure your transaction security. We suggest you should not set your transaction password the same with your Email password.
4. Don’t choose easily decrypted numbers, such as your name, ID, birthday, telephone, door number, propitious numbers and sequential numbers. You are recommended to choose some numbers which are difficult for others to guess but convenient for you to remember.
5. Please don’t use IPS account number or some words and phrases about your hobby as your IPS account password, for example: ips;
6. Please don’t use part of your username or your Email address as your password, for example: if your username is adsf, don’t use adsf as your IPS account password. |
