is IM?
Answer: IM is a kind of currency in the IPS
account charged with China Unicom prepaid card, China Mobile prepaid
card, Juxin card and Yingdiantong card. It can be used to buy value-added
service and products provided by IPS merchants. |

Answer: If you have IPS account, you can get
IM through charging your account by China Unicom
prepaid card, China Mobile prepaid card, Juxin card and Yingdiantong
card. |

functions dose IM have?
Answer: IM has replenishing function and consuming function. It can
be used for consuming on the websites of IPS merchants, but it doesn't
support transfer and cash-withdrawal function. |

can I replenish my account in IM?
Answer:
At present, four methods are provided for charging in IM: China
Unicom prepaid card, China Mobile prepaid card, Juxin card and Yingdiantong
card. With the development of our business, we will

IPS personal account, choose transaction management—account
charging—IM charging, input your Unicom prepaid card number
and password and then replenish your IM account. |

I apply for refund of my charged IM?
Answer: Sorry, IPS account can not accept and handle refund
application of IM from personal users. |

should I do if refund needs to be carried out because service can
not be provided for out of stock or other reasons after my purchase
with IM?
Answer: You can contact your merchant directly.
The merchant makes confirmation and notify us. According to the request
from the merchant, we will send back IM consumed by you to your IPS
account.

denominations does Unicom prepaid card support?
Answer: Denominations of 20RMB, 30RMB, 50RMB,
100RMB, 200RMB are supported in Zhejiang.Denominations of 10RMB, 20RMB,
30RMB, 50RMB, 100RMB, 200RMB are supported in Shanxi. |
