Answer: IPS telephone payment is an offline
payment method for consumers jointly developed by IPS and banks.
After submitting orders on IPS security payment platform, users
may dial the customer service numbers of the card issuing bank via
their telephones. The payment process is safe, fast and convenient.
Since the whole payment is conducted through bank telephone systems,
users' bank card info will not risk any danger.

How
to use telephone payment?
When consumer buys goods and service, he/she
can make a phone to a telephone bank at any time and use bank card
payment through the automatic speech system.
Shopping Process by Telephone Payment;

① Consumer orders merchandise and service through merchant website(make
an order online) or through telephone(merchant helps user make an
order)
② Consumer makes a phone to a telephone bank (for example, ICBC95588)
and carries out the payment by following the direction of its automatic
speech system.
③ Merchant confirms the gathering (real-time money-arrival notification)
and provides goods delivery or service.
Tips for Shopping
1、After purchase by telephone payment, if refund (or goods-return)
needs to be carried out, consumer should make application to the
relevant merchant for implementation and consult merchant about
the quality of goods and service.

What
are the payment limit of telephone payment for each bank?
Answer: For ICBC,
the maximal payment amount for each day is RMB 500 , and users can
set their payment limit for each transaction when opening the service.

How
to use ICBC telephone payment?
1. Customer applies for telephone banking B2C service over
counters and binds telephone numbers (mobile phone, fixed phone,
at most four). Customer chooses goods in merchant’s website and
provides telephone number. (Telephone used in these operations must
be bound telephone provided over counters and be spare telephone
offered for merchant system)
2. Special Service Number: 95588, nationwide universal customer
service telephone number of ICBC Telephone Banking (with mobile
phone, fixed phone, smart lingtong, charged as local telephone)

How
to use CMB telephone payment?
Answer:1. Opening Process: (1)
Dial 95555→choose 2
for staff service→choose 51 to enter telephone
payment opened by service staff. After entering staff service, customers
need input card number and inquiry password of all-in-one card or
credit card , check account info with customer service staff to
confirm their identity and leave their transaction telephone numbers.
(2) Customers need set at least one transaction telephone and at
most four transaction telephone can be set.
(3) Accept 《Duty Exemption Articles》and set payment password.
(4) Customers who have opened the telephone payment successfully
must make payment with the appointed transaction telephone.
2. Supporting cards: all-in-one card and credit card with telephone
payment service opened. Customers of all-in-one card can log in
to CMB Internet bank to use money-transfer function for telephone
payment. Using credit card for telephone payment, customers need
input inquiry password which is set when opening credit card. Please
dial 800-820-5555 to reset your inquiry password if you forget it.
If you are not familiar with the business, you can call 95555 at
any time and customer service staff will help you complete your
payment.
3. Supporting Area: If you have bank card issued by the following
subsidiary banks, you can surely use 95555 to make telephone payment.
